Abstract: The need for a breakthrough in improving labor productivity in the domestic economy and increased attention to the problem of management bodies necessitates the appropriate scientific support, which is the purpose of the work in terms of labor productivity in agriculture. The paper analyzes the changes in the structures of production and employment, which occurred under the influence of the multiplicity, as the primary factors of labor productivity in the industry. The influence of other factors is also quantified. The study is performed as an empirical basis for the development of methodological aspects and methodological approaches to assess the impact of structural shifts on labor productivity.
